Construction
We offer a full construction service including refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions and new houses, backed by a full 10 year NHBC warranty. As well as private home owners, we also undertake works for owners of commercial and retail properties.
Gas Installations
We are Gas Safe registered and are able to install and maintain full gas fired central heating systems as well as other gas appliances and issue the necessary test and installation certificates. We are approved installers of “Veissmann“ boilers.
Electrical Testing & Installations
Your project will be handled by experts every time. We make sure you have the most experienced professionals working for you.
Kitchen & Bathrooms
We undertake kitchen and bathroom refits. Our in-house professional tradesmen are able to carry out all necessary works including plumbing, drainage, heating, electrics, tiling and flooring.
Commercial Work
We offer all maintenance and repair services including programmed dilapidation works for commercial properties.
Insurance Work
We provide detailed estimates and carry out domestic and commercial end of lease dilapidation works, as well as insurance backed rebuilding works to fire or flood damaged properties.
Conservation Work
Having undertaken works on a significant number of listed buildings, we offer a maintenance, repair and restoration service. We are comfortable working closely with restoration professionals and in liaising confidently with local Conservation Officers.
General Maintenance
We fulfil general maintenance service works covering all aspects including roof repairs/ replacements, brickwork/pointing, external door and windows, lead work and decorating.
