Berkhamsted Building Services is a family run building company, now with a third generation of family members forming part of the team.

Who We Are
Peter Radford and Ralph Smith established Berkhamsted Building Services as a partnership in 1969. The business was incorporated and the name changed to Berkhamsted Building Services Ltd in 1999.
Company History
Company History
John Radford, Peter's eldest son, was taken on as an apprentice carpenter in 1978 and has been with the company ever since. John worked his way through the ranks and is today the principal Director of BBS. Peter retired in 2003 and sadly passed away in 2010, however his legacy lives on. John's eldest son James (and third generation) has joined the company as its senior electrician.
